Mod 3 Hyerbolic Regression

Had a customer today ask me if JMP could do a "Mod 3 Hyperbolic Regression" fit for data. Customer is currently using other software to do this. The other software looked a bit like a Reliasoft product, but I focused more on what he was using, which looked something like the Fit Curve platform in JMP.

My google searches are pulling up basically nothing. Does anyone know if JMP can do this, perhaps by a different name? I'd love to get the customer away from needing other software.

I'll check with the customer to be sure, then I'll mark this as a solution.
