To create a poll or survey to elicit feedback before a demo, go to forms.office.com, create a poll. click on New Form in the upper left corner.
Create your new form/survey/poll:
Just make sure you go to Collect Reponses to change to anyone outside SAS can respond. Once you complete the poll, you can click Collect Responses to change who can access the poll, copy link, create QR code, etc....When you are finished, if you click Present and MS will walk you through & create the QR code for you.
