Key takeaways:
-
Senior Global Data Activation Manager Emma Keeling shares insight into the depth of P&G’s partnership with JMP – something she calls an "unusual but beautiful relationship."
-
Beyond the software itself, Keeling says JMP's differentiators include:
-
The ability to influence future versions of the software via the Wish List; "I am astounded at how much we're listened to," she says.
-
Knowledgeable and responsive experts in Tech Support; "They are fantastic," Keeling says. "We normally get a response within 12 hours, and it's their fix, not a follow-on."
-
A massive quantity of free resources for learning statistics and leveling up your JMP skillset.
-
A close relationship with Global Technical Enablement and the Premier Account Team.
-
P&G is currently running a JMP Live pilot. Keeling explains that JMP Live will be a game changer in that it enables everyone to access all the power of JMP Pro dashboards and analytics without having to install software on their own machine.
Customer Success StoriesInside Sales NewsRe: New video: P&G and JMP, an "unusual but beautiful relationship"These videos are just great. We all know how hard it can be to get customers to open up about the value of partnering with JMP. (And I've been on the customer side myself, so I know what it's like.) Thanks so much, @Meg_Hermes !
Re: New video: P&G and JMP, an "unusual but beautiful relationship"Some great win messages in this, thanks. Including:
- JMP allows users get into their own data, understand it properly, get the insights out and then actually move the project forward from that.
- With outcomes of consistent higher quality products, processes that are quicker, cheaper, faster, and subsequently passing that on in our products.
Re: New video: P&G and JMP, an "unusual but beautiful relationship"@Meg_Hermes , you've done an excellent job at capturing great messages. The culture of analytics within P&G, how they rely on JMP, the partnership with JMP and all the support they get at every level with the wish list, the tech support, the free online training. And now going a step further with JMP Live. It's all in there!
Re: New video: P&G and JMP, an "unusual but beautiful relationship"Thanks @Meg_Hermes for the great interview!
I recall a memory with P&G in 2016.
I visited the P&G Innovation Center in Singapore and attended a JMP seminar for local customers at the time. One of the speakers at the seminar was a researcher at P&G's Innovation Center, who was researching and developing color cosmetics. He demonstrated drawing the outline of a person's face as a background in JMP's Graph Builder and analyzing the response value (color combination) by combining various colors. At that moment I thought, Wow! JMP and Graph Builder are also used like that. It’s like a CAE simulation for electronic products. They were serious about JMP. They seemed to really love JMP.
