Performing non-compartmental PK analysis in JMP?We met some chemists at a large medical device company that would like to perform Non-Compartmental analysis in JMP. Historically they have contracted this analysis out and would like to bring it in house. The customer said WinNonlin is the leading software in industry for this type of analysis, but they have been asked to look at JMP because it is validated.
They would like to get features like AUC and other pharmacokinetic parameters, such as clearance, elimination half-life, T (max), C (max).

Life Sciences R&D is willing to dedicate some time and resources to help with this.
