Add light Business Intelligence capabilities to JMP LiveFor JMP Live, we could add some display capabilities for simple, high-level executive dashboards. These include:
- Tables with red/yellow/green traffic coloring to highlight process health or other information that needs attention
- A text panel to display simple descriptive statistics with large text. E.g.: "Progress to Quarterly Goal: 93%" Traffic coloring would be good for this too, to indicate progress towards a goal
- Simple visualizations for progress to goal, such as needle gauges
It's not our primary mission to make dashboards like this. But a few thoughtful additions would enable our primary users to do this work in JMP and JMP Live, rather than turning to Power BI or other tools.

This is being tracked under https://rndjira.sas.com/browse/JMPHTML-818 - and it looks like it's supported in JMP 17.0!

Yes, this is something that I often get asked about when doing JMP Live demos. Most recently by Discovery steering committee member Steve Hampton from Precision Castparts.
The traffic coloring for tables is particularly important for output from the Process Screening platform, I believe development may already be aware of this.
