How Do I View Assets and Authorized Users in Salesforce for JMP 18+This is for any JMP product including subscriptions through the JMP Store. Using the instructions and screen images below, the Salesforce agent can view information in the following high-level hierarchy:
- Account > Contract > Customer Asset > Software Authorization (Related Tab)
In Salesforce - see images below:
- Navigate from the Account or find the contract
- Note this currently is only for legacy SAS, or new JMP Contract
- Select the JMP 18 Customer Assets
- If there is no version or OS listed, it is JMP 18)
- If you see: JMP Single Entity Windows or JMP Single Entity Mac for JMP 17 (or prior releases)
- Select Asset
- Related tab
- View all to see all
- Shows email address that have been authorize
- Software Authorization -> click JMP Software Authorization
