Customers allowed to use their DS recording for their marketing?!

Question

Hi all,

I have a customer who presented at DS Europe live (link to presentation ). She has been asked by her manager and marketing department for access to the video file, because they would like to embed it on their website. The goal is to show their customers what great development work the can offer (using JMP basically).

It seems like a no-brainer, but at the same time I suspect it's a legal question. Did anybody ever come across such a situation and have some advice for me? @Jeff_Perkinson maybe?

Hi @Florian_Vogt,

There is a precedent for this with Julia O'Neill posting the Analytically Speaking interview we did with her years ago on her web site:  https://direxaconsulting.com/.  It's good exposure for JMP.  Hope this helps!
