- Then you will see this screen (Figure 2) where you can:
- Send yourself a calendar invitation to which I suggest you add the panelists and co-hosts so you are sure they got the link
- Copy Link to join webinar so you can put in registration and confirmation and reminders NOTE: This will work for anyone because you are not registering them from Zoom, so a Panelist can use it, come on as Attendee and then host/you promote them to Panelist
- Edit/Add Panelists (they do not need to be JMP people or JMP people with accounts to ZOOM.US). They will get an invitation with a longer Zoom Link that should bring them on as Panelist.
- Create and Save Polls (Remember to Save them; you can edit and change names later if needed.)
NOTE: Save the items you edit (like new panelists invited) but you will not have to SAVE this total screen again. Also, if you want to come back to thisscreen, remember you see the screen above, then SAVE, to see this again.

Also:
- https://learning.zoom.us/learn/course/155/play/395:2264/polling-in-zoom-meetings-and-webinars This Zoom documentation says Alternative Hosts can do this. However, we did not see a way for Alternative Hosts to see the Webinar listed and create the poll before the webinar. They could Start Practice session and create a poll, save it, and it will be accessible during the webinar. However, when we tried this our Alternate Host was not able to edit the polls w/o starting a Practice Session
- Can we relaunch relaunch polls several times in a real webinar? If a poll is relaunched in a meeting/webinar, the poll report will only display data from the most recent or final poll occurrence. If you know you will need to launch the same poll twice and want to see both sets of data, consider creating a second poll with the same questions as the original to avoid re-launching. Or you can relaunch and resus, if you don’t have to save the results (I did one with Andrea C. and Olivia L. where we did not need to save results, but created 4 different ones that were the same, anyway.)
