A flex office is a temporary-use space that employees can reserve if they need a quiet space to work. Reserve a flex office through Outlook using the same process as reserving a conference room.
Some equipment and furniture are provided, but you’ll need to bring your own:
- Laptop.
- Headset.
- Charging cable.
- Webcam or laptop camera (there are no external webcams in these spaces).
- Any other devices needed (including a USB-c cable to connect to peripherals in the room).
Here’s what you’ll find in each flex office:
- A universal dock, mouse, keyboard, power strip, and two monitors.
- A standard desk and chair.
Flex offices are not meant for permanent use. Please be courteous and only use when necessary to allow others to use the spaces as well.
Please note: Moving forward, you can find this information quickly in the ‘Helpful Links’ section on the right side of the Inside JMP homepage by clicking Flex Office.
