As we all saw at Kickoff, JMP had a good Q4 (which topped off a good 2023).
“I’m pleased to share the Q4 2023 JMP Performance Bonus Plan update,” Senior Director of Finance Jason Romanos (@jasonnzl) said. “For the Q4 bonus payout, JMP achieved a 99.4% payout percentage.”
U.S.-based employees will receive their bonuses at the end of February, while non-U.S. employees will get theirs sometime in March, according to local pay practices. As a reminder, this plan applies to non-quota-carrying roles.
