As we gear up for the upcoming Pi Day on Thursday, March 14, we're excited to announce our next Global Recharge Day is Friday, March 15! In celebration of the mathematical marvel that is π, we invite all employees to take a well-deserved break and engage in activities that recharge their mind, body, and spirit.
“The goal of the Global Recharge Day is to foster a culture of well-being and balance for employees," HR Director Paul Mastropolo said. “Because we need to plan Recharge Days around major JMP work events and global holidays, these dates cannot be announced more than four weeks in advance. We keep a pulse on business priorities and performance when establishing these Recharge Days as we want to ensure that all employees are in a position to benefit from this time off.”
