How many devices can someone install JMP on?
If you purchased any of the following products, each person can install the software on up to five Mac, Windows Server, or Windows PCs.

How do I change the primary software administrator?
To request a change from the currently assigned primary software administrator to a new primary software administrator complete the following primary software administrator change request form. [ link to change primary software admin form ]
To request additional non-primary software administrators complete the following add additional non-primary software administrator to my account form. [ link to add additional non-primary software admin form ]
