Are there any FDE examples with Time Series data with inputs?

Weekly Weather Data from the JMP sample data is also a type of time series data. You can show how the shape of the time series is related to longitude, latitude, elevation of the weather station.

Here's one using WSJ Cocoa Futures data.  The Score plot shows how you can use FDA to find years that are similar.  The Mill data set could also be considered a time series data set.
