Replication of fractional factorial

We are performing a fractional factorial DOE experiment for robustness of our system. The factor combinations will be replicated three times.

How should I think about replication in contrast to different operators? Same operator for all three replicate of same factor combination or splitting the replicate out to different operators?

Operator should be considered a "block" variable, in DOE terminology.

Thus, when you have JMP create the fractional factorial, you select a fractional factorial with the proper number of blocks (operators).
