Hi SE's,
I thought somebody might have had this case and can help me out - a customer has pre finalized her presentation for DS Europe and had some concerns from their internal IP department:
"... I get I question from Lonza IP about how I should write “JMP” in my presentation. Can I use JMP© or should I remove the copyright symbol?
I saw that your colleagues were using this symbol after “JMP” in their presentation last year.
Another concern from the IP colleagues was to have the approval from JMP of using screenshots of your software. I told them that you even encourage to have examples of using your software.
Are you agree with this statement or should I request specific approval from JMP for using this?
..."
Has anyone solved something like this before? Appreciate any help.
Florian
They should use JMP® (note that it's an R not a C) on first mention subsequent mentions don't need the ®.
Screenshots and output from JMP are okay and encouraged.
Send them to @Csanger1978 and @Hailee_Austin for more questions.
