Experiences with EFFEX from the KU Leuven?

anyone here who has more information on how EFFEX might become a competitive tool for JMP in the DOE market? This seems to be web based and it's a spin off from the university around Peter Goos, LinkedIn Page about EFFEX

May our DOE development team @Ryan_Lekivetz know more as they used to have a close contact with Peter?
