Column to ListHi,
Please excuse the newbie question...

How can I read in column values to a list or, alternatively just add items to a list.

You can use :

lst = column("ColumnName") << GetAsMatrix();

lst will be a list if your column values are string, or a vector if numeric.
You can tranform a vector into list with AsList() but lots of properties are the same between vectors and lists.

To insert one value by value you have to use :
lst = list();
InsertInto(lst,value);
