Demo Topic
Brief introduction to Easy DOE platform
Purpose
Demo walks quickly through an example of the Easy DOE platform, and has 2 sample case studies to walk through more completely. People new to DOE will definitely be interested, and people who coach others through the DOE process will also be interested, as the East DOE platform can help them guide the people they are coaching.

Questions Being Answered
How can I easily start doing DOE?
What is the Story/Scenario
Included notes go over details for each of the case studies.
JMP Features and Platforms
Primary: Easy DOE
Secondary: Graph Builder, Fit Curve. Both of these are just shown as final outputs, not really demoed in any other way.
Discovery Call Preparation, What to Ask and Possible Pain Points to Look For
For people looking to understand how a process works, DOE is the best approach. Many will agree with this, but will be scared to try. Others might disagree, but would be willing to try, given an easy way to do a DOE. Enter Easy DOE.
Included Material
Journal and notes. Journal has all files needed for the demo embedded. Notes file is a .jsl file, and it includes both a few scripts, as well as markdown-formatted notes for the demo.
Leave Behind
The journal can be emailed after the demo, so people can re-create what was shown.
Tips for Delivering the Demo
Prep by running the script to email yourself a copy of the completed Easy DOE for the 1st case study. This will make it easier/faster.
For the first demo, just use a few words for each tab. Show the profiler on the report tab, then go back to the profiler and hit optimize (maybe quickly adjust the Y axis maximum), then go back to report and show it was updated. Export report and quickly show how graphs are publication quality, and JMP has done most to the tedious parts of writing the report.
Stay away from using the design space profiler from within the Easy DOE platform. It can cause JMP 17 to crash (bug noted). Instead (if needed), export the table, then use the Design Space Profiler.
