Hi,
I have to conduct a Measurement System Analysis on a machine that takes 24 parts every time at fixed positions. The position inside the machine would be my operator.
If I want to conduct a full crossed Gauge R&R with 3 repetitions, I have to run the machine 72 times (24*3).
Is there a way to design an MSA that reduces the number of measurements?
I have tried the MSA design, but I don't know how to set that each measurement actually consists of 24 single measurements tied together in a batch.
