We're happy to welcome John Cunningham to JMP! John has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and has been developing innovative technologies in specialty chemical, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and wine industries for over 30 years. In addition, he has used analytics to improve processes and solve recalcitrant manufacturing problems in a wide range of commercial operations.
John’s primary focus throughout his career has been innovation and he has used JMP extensively to make discoveries leading to patented technologies. These patents are notably diverse, and the novel discoveries were possible due to JMP’s powerful DOE and machine learning capabilities. Most recently, John and his team were developing Internet of Things (IoT) technologies for the wine industry. These technologies were designed to provide real-time actionable information to customers for grape harvesting, pressing, and wine packaging.
At JMP, he looks forward to helping customers use the full power of the software to optimize their processes and make the highest quality products at the lowest cost.
John has a passion for learning and teaching. He enjoys sharing the power of JMP with technical colleagues and he trained his team to use JMP in their innovation work. He is completely thrilled to be on the JMP team!
He loves walking his dog with his wife in the mornings and riding his ZX-R6 motorcycle whenever possible.
