What experiment design is recommended if I want to find a good starting point with the followig conditions:

1. The number of KPIVs is > 10
2. The ranges of the KPIVs are known
3. Expected Target Levels or Ranges for KPOVs have been estimated or are known

I currently use JMP17.1

We would almost always recommend starting with a Custom Design. It offers the most flexibility to match exactly your experimental requirements.
