Sesta estrazione dei dati

Diciamo che ho i dati "12345278" e "12345078" e vorrei estrarre il sesto, qualche formula che posso usare?
Perché se usi Right(data,3), i dati saranno "278" o "078"

Per ogni sequenza deve essere estratta nella colonna diff, quindi potrebbe essere abbastanza scomodo da usare in questo modo: Left(Right(data,3),1)

Qualche metodo suggerito per farlo?
