페이지의 HTML 코드를 확인했는데 이 코드가 약 7번 발생한 것 같습니다. 그래서 나는 그것이 utf-8이라고 가정하고 있습니다

또한 기본 설정을 변경하려고 시도했습니다. 텍스트 데이터 파일 >> 텍스트 파일 문자 집합 열기 >> 최선의 추측이지만 여전히 작동하지 않습니다.
