After a successful pilot program of the new JMP First Quote to Cash process in the U.S., DACH, Denmark and Singapore, it’s time to expand its use to the rest of the world (ROW). Beginning Monday, Dec. 11, the rest the countries listed in the Quote to Cash ROW Country List will use the JMP First Quote to Cash process for contracts that take effect after Jan. 1, 2024.
Refresher training sessions are scheduled for January to review the JMP First Quote to Cash process to ensure that Sales staff have a chance to discuss any issues or questions they may have encountered as they’ve begun to use the new process.
Below is a list of the important dates for this rollout:
- Friday, Dec. 8: Receive access to DocuSign and Salesforce/CPQ
- Monday, Dec. 11: All Sales users begin quoting 2024 customers, which mean the ROW sales teams can began pushing orders through the JMP First to Quote to Cash process.
- Monday, Jan. 1, 2024: ROW go-live, which means all ROW sales teams should now be using the JMP First Quote to Cash process exclusively for all new JMP sales.
- Monday, Jan. 8, 2024, 9 a.m. and 7p.m. EST: Refresher training sessions.
