DEI stands for diversity, equity, and inclusion.At JMP, our culture blends many different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives of employees from 17 countries around the world. And we’re proud of that! We want everyone to feel confident in expressing their ideas and respected for their unique contributions and abilities.
So we’re happy to announce that JMP now has a DEI Action Team, focused on connecting, supporting, and recognizing all that JMP employees have to offer.
The DEI Action team has a vision with an eye to our global audience:
Our vision is to foster and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) at JMP Statistical Discovery LLC. We strive to nurture and reinforce a culture that embraces all members of the JMP community. We are committed to engaging the voices of our community to promote respect, equity, and compassion for all.
To make this vision come to life, the DEI Action Team needs contributions and feedback from many employees around the company. “We welcome more participation on our committees and would especially like to see more participation from outside the U.S.,” Sales Manager Juliette Plager said.
