How can I find the key tool?

Question

Hi I'm a ENG and try to find out which tool(s) contribute to the defect.

And the defect just performance 1(defect) or 0(none)

The data table just have lots tool type which have several tools and without trend time.

Anyway for this case by JMP 10, have I any possible to analysis the root cause?

Give the partition platform Analyze>Model>Partition a try. Identify your defect response column and then add your other parameters as inputs.
