Registration dates, fees and discounts

Based on many factors, including a similar plan that was utilized in the Americas for 2022, we are planning for a staggered open to registration.

Here’s how:

1. Soft-opening to special/VIP and key accounts – 29 Nov
   1. This will allow your teams time to reach out to those customers who they want to extend a special invitation to Sitges
      1. 1:1 email to be created in Hubspot
      2. Additional offering/touch point to include in close-of-year business
         1. Mention users group, corporate group discounts
2. Registration open to all – 13 Dec
   1. First DSE email blast announcing registration is open
      1. Allow customers time to start thinking about and broaching conversations with manager to attend; ensure registration fees, travel are budgeted for 2023
   2. Social posts, blog, Newswire, etc. – announcing opening and promotion to continue upon return first week of Jan. 2023
