UMAP on JMP 17.1

hello, I have tested UMAP multivariate embedding on JMP 17.1 and it always crashes and shuts down JMP. when I haave asked a collegue to run this on JMP18 and save the script in the file, then it works well. Is this something that I can fix? thanks in advance

It would probably be best to contact Tech Support, support@jmp.com, to see if they can identify the problem and make suggestions.

If you change the Local Connectivity under UMAP Options from missing to 1, it should run in 17.1. This was also fixed in 17.2/18.
