In Process Performance Plot below a process Y FPC 4 with data point > Upper Control Limit is rated Stable?

• A stability index that exceeds 1.25 indicates that the process is unstable.
• A Ppk that is smaller than 1.0 indicates that the process is not capable.
Jarma thanks for remark, stability assessment is not linked to control chart signals but to capability ratio's cpk/ppk. I should lower the ratio then link with control chart will be OK.
