I'll summarize results after Thanksgiving.
Here are some highlights of thoughts you shared with Gail Massari at Nov. 20 SE meeting:
1. Consider using industry-specific case studies and promoting the session differently. Perhaps omething like Preparing Large Pharmaceutical and Biotech Data for Modeling and Analysis?. Goal is to speak to the industry need rather than just the JMP technical capability. More discussion on this topic. Gail will schedule with a few SEs.
2. Staff and Customers seem to have problems finding the Mastering sessions on jmp.com and may not be going to community.jmp.com. Pull down manu on jmp.com FOR USERS used to link directly to Mastering. More thought on this needed by User Enablement team in light of 1) improvement planned for Learn JMP in Community and 2) changes to jmp.com for which User Enablement is only one team member. Also, we aim to drive users to the Community.
3. Suggestion for VOC Mastering survey. Gaill will coordinate with @Taylor_Ferguson on that for 2024.
We will proceed through 1Q2024 with curretn schedule and consider CQI based on customer and SE suggestions for second half of 2024.
