JMP - does it have simulation capability or one needs PRO version?

Hi All,

I would like to ask what simulation capabiities are in JMP 13 basic version if any? Or for a simulation/Monte Carolo one needs to have Pro version?

JMP Pro offers bootstrap and simulation of any result in a platform report. Simply right click on the target and select the command for one of these features.

I have scripted many simulations in JMP. Column formulas might also be useful. It really depends on the nature of your simulation and your goals.

So the basic JMP verion does not offer simulaiton capabilities.

JMP does not provide the Bootstrap and Simulate commands. Those features belong to JMP Pro.

The standard version of JMP does offer simulation capability from within the Profiler platforms. Please check here to see if this is the capability you are looking for (note that this is available in v13, as well):
