[Presentation summary]
Since 2017, our company has been working on training human resources for data-driven development using JMP, targeting the research and development department, with the aim of streamlining research and development through data-based decision-making. The number of users, which initially started with a dozen people, has now exceeded 500, and many cases of practical use are occurring, mainly among new and young employees. During the in-house introduction and expansion period of JMP, we will discuss the issues we experienced through training human resources for data-driven development that are aligned with the mindset of material developers, such as how to create an educational curriculum and in-house training, and areas that beginners feel are likely to fall into. We will explain the countermeasures using some JMP usage examples.
