JMP Technical Support receives a variety of inquiries from customers every day. In this presentation, we will demonstrate various JMP tips that you may be able to use starting tomorrow, based on example problems created by the presenter based on questions received from customers.
This presentation will mainly introduce content related to relatively basic functions of JMP, such as creating graphs and tables and univariate distributions, which are expected to be used by many people regardless of industry or field. I plan to do so. Although the main target audience is JMP beginners to intermediate users, advanced users may also find some information interesting.

I am in charge of technical support for JMP customers at the JMP Japan Division of SAS Institute Japan Co., Ltd., and answer questions from customers on a daily basis. In the past, he has experience in pre-sales for JMP customers in the academic field, including universities and graduate schools. Prior to joining SAS Institute Japan, he worked as a pre-sales engineer and technical support engineer at a foreign software vendor.
While doing my daily work, I am thinking about what kind of information I can provide to customers so that they can continue to use JMP effectively.As part of this, I have decided to reduce the number of opportunities I have to give presentations directly in front of customers during my regular work. Although there is little technical support, I decided to make an announcement and am working on this announcement.
