Every half hour, a script is run to check for new registrations and assign permissions based on the email domain. If a user registers using their email address with the company's domain and is able to log in to the Community yet either they:
- See a message indicating that they do not have sufficient privileges to access the company's private area of the Community
- Do not see the company group displayed on the Community home page
