Standardized score interpretation in two-way hierarchical clusteringCan someone help me understand what the standardized score's interpretation is? What are low values vs high values?
Screen shot of dendogram below with legend. And I attached Prostate Cancer.jmp with Two-Way Hierarchical Clustering script saved as well.
Thank you!

Re: Standardized score interpretation in two-way hierarchical clusteringI believe that, for any given cell, it is a given row's z-score for the corresponding variable indicated at the bottom. So for example, the group of dark green cells in the bottom left quadrant indicate a cluster of rows that generally are at least several standard deviations below the mean in each of the corresponding columns.
If you turn off standardization in the launch dialog, you'll notice that the Standardized Score legend doesn't appear when you do two-way clustering.
