same date different valuesGood morning,
I have a data table with a date column in the following format "d/m/ah:m", I create a new date column from the previous column with now the following format "d/m/y". I would like to remove duplicates when the days are the same!
However when I remove duplicates from the new date column, it does not find any duplicates because even if the days, months and years are the same from one row to the next, JMP does not recognize the rows as duplicate rows.
There must be a problem with the notions of minutes, seconds etc.
How to get around this problem please?

Data AccessData Blending and CleanupRe: same date different valuesIf you just change the format from Column Properties the values are not really changed. Create new column, for example use quick formula

and then remove based on that
Re: same date different valuesThanks, it works well!
Re: same date different valuesTo address the issue of non-recognizable duplicates, you can create a new date column using the "Date Format" function to eliminate the time component. Afterward, perform the "Remove Duplicates" operation on this new column to identify and remove duplicates based on the date, effectively ignoring the time.
