Re: Workflow Assessment: Now 'Analytics Maturity Assessment'Super exciting to see all of the updates being made to this assessment!
Re: Workflow Assessment: Now 'Analytics Maturity Assessment'It's amazing to see how far this strategic tool has come in such a short time. And a great example of collaboration, the continuous improvement feedback cycle and strategy to show our customers that value that JMP brings to their organizations and opportunities for them to be more efficient. Nice work! Can't we to see the outcomes of the cohort of assessments.
Workflow Assessment: Now 'Analytics Maturity Assessment'
What started out as a heatmap of the workflow has over time, morphed into a comprehensive, strategic tool for our customers and teams to have a clear understanding of the account's analytics maturity. With that evolution, we adjusted the name to reflect the expanding scope, changing the name to the “Analytics Maturity Assessment”.
This tool helps sales teams:
- Have a clear understanding of your accounts
- Identify expansion opportunities (“whitespace”)
- Elevate conversations
- Be more data-driven
- Optimize your time
Updated External Resources:
This sharable page (Analytics Maturity Assessment) has been updated.
- The add-in and survey files are no longer directly available through this page. Interested parties will have to engage with account teams to perform the assessment. Sales teams can then get information and the files through the ANALYTICS MATURITY ASSESSMENT OVERVIEW page.
- The video has been updated to talk about the value that we have seen this tool bring to different accounts, highlighting some of the more highly used, valuable reports that drive understanding. Thank you to @Peter Polito for updating this video and Craig Lynberg for updating the design of this page.
- If a customer is interested in the assessment, they can complete the form at the bottom of the page “Get Started” that feeds this salesforce campaign.

Product ManagementSalesRe: Workflow Assessment: Now 'Analytics Maturity Assessment'This is great! I'd love to see this get more public notice (more site linking, more mentions in social media, mentions by Gail during Mastering sessions, etc.). In my opinion, customers willing to do this assessment are ideal for expansion.
Re: Workflow Assessment: Now 'Analytics Maturity Assessment'Thanks, Jed. As we build this tool out and teams get more comfortable with it, that is a definite option. I am glad you are seeing value in it and looking forward to this being a focus in 2024!
Re: Workflow Assessment: Now 'Analytics Maturity Assessment'Hi @saradoudt -san,
Thank you for organizing the tool and the pages. Yuichi-san already translated the survey to Japanese, I do not think you have to order the Japanese translation from a third party.
Re: Workflow Assessment: Now 'Analytics Maturity Assessment'It is a very good JMP way to support both customer and us to achieve more comprehensive info from the users.
Just to confirm one thing, is this add-in(heatmap, etc...) all based on the collected feedback of the survey? The graph does not reflect the running of independant JMP software on each PC, can I understand in this way? @saradoudt
Thanks!
Re: Workflow Assessment: Now 'Analytics Maturity Assessment'Workflow Assessment, now Analytics Maturity Assessment, Which is the first use this assessments, Customer or Us ? Maybe the answer is both for customer and us.
By the way, the assessment result includes the customer's analytics maturity information. It is useful information for the customer to strength their weak points. I'm wonderingwhether they provid ethe maturity information to us . Is their any NDA between the customer and us ?
Re: Workflow Assessment: Now 'Analytics Maturity Assessment'@Hideo_Oi the assessments are run through the customer's system. They duplicate the survey which then pulls over the data to their MS forms system.
The value of the assessment is two-fold. Yes, we do learn more about the account and their potential, but it really is ideal for accounts wanting to learn, benchmark, understand or grow the use and proficiency of analytics in different parts of the organization.
Let me know if you have other questions.
Re: Workflow Assessment: Now 'Analytics Maturity Assessment'@Candice_Gao correct, this survey is not telemetry data. It is survey data completed by each user (or non user). So it is self-reported data.
Re: Workflow Assessment: Now 'Analytics Maturity Assessment'Hi @saradoudt, do we have example data-sets that we can use to demo the outcome of an AMA?
