Error message: Cannot load the XGBoost libraryHi @russ_wolfinger ,
I'm going to contact JMP tech support on this, but I'm getting a strange error when trying to run XGBoost after upgrading to JMP Pro 17.0.0, on a Windows 64-bit machine.

I've tried unregistering and re-installing the add-in, but it's still not working. Is there any known issue with this or how to work around it?
Thanks!,
DS
Re: Error message: Cannot load the XGBoost library@SDF1 Thank you for reporting this, and I'm not sure why it is happening. I just tried test running XGBoost on 17.0.0 Windows and it is working. If possible it may work to install a more recent JMP Pro 17.2, which is also desirable because it has a few fixes and upgrades for XGBoost and other platforms. I don't think previous versions of JMP Pro should be causing this but there is a chance removing them will help if this is feasible for you. One final idea is try installing JMP Pro 17 and the XGBoost add-in on a different Windows machine if available to see what happens there. Please let me know if you are unable to resolve and we can continue to investigate.
Re: Error message: Cannot load the XGBoost libraryHi @russ_wolfinger ,
Thanks for the quick feedback. Not sure what happened, but I followed the suggestion to unregister the add-in, delete the directory and re-install after downloading the latest version. Worked just fine, thanks! Now I can run XGBoost again!
Thanks,
DS
