Error message: Cannot load the XGBoost library

Hi @russ_wolfinger ,

I'm going to contact JMP tech support on this, but I'm getting a strange error when trying to run XGBoost after upgrading to JMP Pro 17.0.0.

I've tried unregistering and re-installing the add-in, but it's still not working. Is there any known issue with this or how to work around it?
