Over the past year, the Product Marketing team has focused on creating valuable materials for the Sales Enablement Library (SEL). The SEL's main goal is to be a one-stop place for people to find the information they need. Inside this library, you'll find content about JMP products, capabilities, insights on competitors, industry info, helpful sales resources, and more—all neatly organized using templates to keep things consistent.
We also recorded a 5 minute video that shows how we navigate the SEL, and the content that is featured in the library. We hope that this video makes it easier to find the content you are looking for, and maybe even show you some content you didn't know about!
Leave Your Comments
If you ever have questions, suggestions, or need clarification on any statement or piece of information, we encourage you to use the comment feature. Here's how it works:
Locate the content you want to comment on.
Highlight the content and then click the "Comment" button.
Add your comment.
Hit "Save."
Your comment will then be visible to the right person, ensuring a prompt response to your query or suggestion.
If you have feedback or questions about an entire page, not just a specific element, you can leave a general comment at the bottom of the page. Your feedback is important!! We want to hear from you to know that these resources have all of the information that you are looking for.
Understand Page Statuses
You'll notice different statuses for pages, such as "In Progress" or "Rough Draft." Here's what they mean:
Current: This page has been reviewed by the subject matter experts and will not be updated any further for the time being. The information is current and accurate.
In Progress: We're actively working on these pages. While they contain valuable information, they're not yet complete. Check back for the final version soon.
Rough Draft: These pages are not ready for review just yet. We're still shaping the content, so they'll be available for your feedback when they're more polished.
Also look for the table at the bottom of the page that shows when the page was last reviewed, and who are the owners/internal SMEs for the subject.
We hope that this article and video makes it even easier to navigate the Sales Enablement Library. This article is also posted in Confluence. If you ever find yourself with questions or feeling a bit lost in the library, don't hesitate to reach out to Kaylee Warren ( @kayleewarren ).
