Use case: A company has 1 JMP user with a subscription and wants additional employees to use JMP.
Users can be added to a Subscription (not Personal Subscription) at any time during the subscription term. The price will be pro-rated for the remaining term of the subscription, and those new users will be included in any future renewals.

The pro-rated pricing is calculated for the remainder of the subscription, using full months as basis. With each fully passed month, the price will be reduced by 1/12.
The price will be pro-rated for the remaining term of the subscription, and those new users will be included in any future renewals.
To add users, please do the following:
- Go to store.jmp.com.
- Click the Sign In button at the top right and log in using the same email address used for the prior Subscription purchase.
- Once logged in, the main page is now changed to JMP - Add new users.
- Select the number of users to add to the Subscription and click Add Subscription To Cart.
- The Subtotal will reflect the pro-rated cost, which is equal to the date the user is added to the Subscription through the end of the subscription term.
- Review the quantity and cost and continue through the checkout process
- Confirm or add a new shipping address
- You may use the same credit card previously used, or add a new credit card
- Review the Order Summary
- When all fields are satisfied, the Place Order button is enabled
- The final page will provide you with the order number and steps to download, install and activate the software
- A confirmation email from JMP Store (store@jmp.com) will be sent
- Subject will be JMP Software Subscription Order Confirmation
- NOTE: Only the newly purchased serial number(s) are included in the email confirmation
