We recently conducted a survey with all employees who live close to Cary to get their feedback on current work arrangements. The survey results made it clear that most employees are very satisfied with their current work arrangement.
“Many respondents commented that they really appreciated JMP’s flexibility and support of remote or hybrid work and potential Collaboration Days,” HR Director Paul Mastropolo (@Paul-Mastropolo) said.
One consistent comment was that JMP staff would love to come in if there were more people across JMP on-site. So we’re making it happen!
We’ve established JMP Cary Collaboration Days on Wednesdays throughout October and November, with more dates to come. These events are completely optional, but you won’t want to miss out!

Our first event was a hit!
The first JMP Cary Collaboration Day took place Sept. 27 with close to 115 JMP staff meeting for lunch in the Building A café.
"As a newer employee, the Cary Collaboration Day was a great way for me to see new faces and talk with those I normally wouldn't get the chance to," Associate Product Marketing Specialist Kaylee Warren (@kayleewarren) said. "I had a great time catching up with people on my direct team while also getting to talk with people I don't usually see or interact with in my day-to-day work."
Upcoming Cary Collaboration events
We will be hosting additional Wednesday collaboration events over the next few months including a coffee cart, donuts and orange juice, ice cream, and another lunch gathering. This is great and adds so much value! We have been meeting in the Heidelberg office on Wednesdays since early 2022, and I think I can speak for everyone, we love our Wednesdays in the office! Upon request from our JMPers in London, we started a weekly get-together in the new London office in September, and as I heard, this is also something, people are really looking forward to. Still waiting to see some photos on LinkedIn
