Employee voices make a difference and help us execute our company goals – so we need to hear from you! The 2023 JMP Employee Experience Survey is ready and will run from Sept. 27 through Oct. 11.
The purpose of the survey is to collect data about the holistic employee experience including company direction, well-being, growth, meaningful work, and manager feedback.
Be on the lookout in your JMP email for the survey from Qualtrics (noreply@qualtrics-research.com) on Sept. 27.
Survey information
- All global full and part-time employees are eligible.
- The survey takes about 15-20 minutes to complete and includes optional feedback boxes.
- Responses remain confidential – personally identifiable information (name, user ID, IP address, and email address) is separated from your responses once the survey is closed. Responses will be handled in accordance with the SAS Privacy Statement.
- Responses shared with managers in the manager feedback section of the survey are clearly indicated. To ensure confidentiality, a manager will only receive aggregated results for a given question when a minimum of three employees have submitted feedback. No open-text responses are shared with managers.
