Il mio primo lavoro retribuito è stato vendere frutta della Polito Family Farms ai mercati contadini. Il mio primo lavoro "assunto" è stato spazzare la spazzatura e pulire i bagni a Legoland California.
Cosa ti piace del tuo lavoro?
Sono un ingegnere di sistema senior e lavoro con clienti strategici nel settore manifatturiero high-tech. Non esistono due giorni uguali. Le sfide sono diverse, i clienti lavorano per risolvere problemi diversi e le persone sono tutte così diverse. Ho imparato tantissimo dai nostri clienti: mi hanno aiutato a diventare infinitamente migliore nel mio lavoro. Quindi, immagino direi, che le persone e ciò che portano è ciò che rende il mio lavoro così eccezionale. Sarei negligente se non menzionassi anche che adoro lavorare con i miei due compagni di squadra, Kyle e Ben. Risolvere i problemi con loro è molto divertente.

È uno strumento molto potente per le organizzazioni per valutare analiticamente dove si trovano, elaborare un piano per migliorare e monitorare i progressi. Lo strumento esisteva già ed è stato molto divertente imparare a usarlo in modo efficace e condividere con gli altri ciò che abbiamo imparato.
