Mon premier emploi rémunéré consistait à vendre des fruits de Polito Family Farms sur les marchés de producteurs. Mon premier travail « embauché » consistait à balayer les poubelles et à nettoyer les salles de bains à Legoland California.
Qu’est-ce qui vous plaît dans votre travail ?
Je suis un ingénieur système senior travaillant avec des comptes stratégiques dans l'industrie manufacturière de haute technologie. Il n’y a pas deux journées identiques. Les défis sont différents, les clients s’efforcent de résoudre des problèmes différents et les gens sont tous très différents. J'ai tellement appris de nos clients : ils m'ont aidé à devenir infiniment meilleur dans mon travail. Donc, je dirais que ce sont les gens et ce qu’ils apportent qui rendent mon travail si formidable. Je m'en voudrais de ne pas mentionner également que j'aime travailler avec mes deux coéquipiers, Kyle et Ben. Résoudre des problèmes avec eux est très amusant.

Élargir l’utilisation de l’enquête sur le flux de travail analytique. Il s’agit d’un outil très puissant permettant aux organisations d’évaluer où elles en sont analytiquement, d’élaborer un plan d’amélioration et de suivre les progrès. L'outil existait déjà et c'était très amusant d'apprendre à l'utiliser efficacement et de partager avec les autres ce que nous avons appris.

Je suis peut-être partial parce qu'il m'a embauché, mais pendant les deux années où il a été mon manager, il m'a beaucoup appris sur la communication, l'empathie et comment être un être humain de qualité.
