JMP Subscription (Store 2.x), (purchased May 24, 2023 or after)

• Key identifiers (Serial number beginning with C)
• Purchased at jmp.com/buy or store.jmp.com
• This is now the only subscription sold
• Company Admin role purchases XX number of subscriptions
• Company Admin downloads installation media and CSV with list of serial numbers from store.jmp.com
• Company Admin distributes media and serial number at their discretion
• We do not track the user of individual serial numbers. That is the responsibility of the Company Admin
• The new JMP Store only accepts credit cards as payment
• Tech Support can view their serial number information in Magento
• store.jmp.com uses My JMP for authentication
• Tech Support can see if their My JMP account has been created in Salesforce by ensuring the User record has .jmp at the end of their email address

• Key identifiers (Site ID, Order number, SID file)

• SAS Process

  • Software Admin receives Software Order Emails to download the SAS Download Manager and then download a SAS Software Depot
  • Authenticate with SAS Profile for SAS DLM

  • Authenticate with My JMP Profile
  • Customer information stored in Salesforce

  • Company Admin downloads installation file and license file then distributes

Student Subscription

  • Purchase, Receive Authorization Code via OnTheHub email, Enter Authorization Code at jmp.com/ssdownload, Receive Download link and Serial Number in email
  • Authenticate with SAS Profile to enter Authorization Code
  • Customer logs in to jmp.com/mysubscriptions with SAS Profile to download media and see serial number

• store.jmp.com now uses My JMP for authentication

  • These customers need to create a My JMP login to see their serial numbers (no longer SAS Profile)

• Tech Support can view their serial number information in Magento
