HR Analytics - Looking for a few data sets

Question

I have a customer requesting a demo on JMP and HR Analytics.  I'm looking for a few datasets and recommendations on platforms to demo.  This is far outside my comfort zone so I'm at a bit of a loss on where to begin.

1) employee retention analysis - predicting employee turn-over

2) employee satisfaction survey analysis - understanding what motivates employees to stay, what causes them to leave

3) employee feedback using text analytics - would be nice to have a dataset similar to Toronto Casino where first question is how satisfied are you - Very, Somewhat, Not Satisfied and Very Unsatisfied.  Then have text on why they feel that way.

Here are three things on the Community (Technical Reference Library) that may be of help!

Employee Retention:

There is an older JMP case study around Retention that may still be viable.  Personally was involved in the case and it involved looking at "Exit Interview" data results to figure out an "Employee Retention" strategy.  Only used JMP Basic Analysis/Visualization tools, but had proven to be a good starting demo and relevant story for most HR analytic JMP prospects.

Another HR Data Set provided by Eric Gundlach that includes predictive modeling, reliability/survival anlaysis and EDA on a larger HR data set.

Try taking a look here...I've used it a few times and it works pretty well. No text analytics...but the other stuff you mention gets you close enough for a demo.
