A user with a personal (or academic) subscription would like to change the platform (OS) they use for JMP. Follow the steps below to create the request for the user.
Inform the user that a ticket has been created for the request. Something along the following can be sent: I' have submitted a request to have the platform (operating system) for your serial number changed to instead of . Once this has been completed, I will let you know.
