am beginner in using PCA and SPSS.

I use PCA to figure out the principal components from NMR
data of drug samples. I would like to know how I can find the responsible parts
of NMR and how I can draw the Loading plot of my results. I use SPSS.

But this is a JMP forum ... perhaps you need to find an SPSS forum ... just a thought
