We are happy to welcome Marcel Brüske to JMP! Marcel is married and a proud father of Till, 9, and Ella, 7. He lives in a village about 20 minutes from the Berlin city limits. "With only 450-500 inhabitants, everyone knows everyone and it's really great to live here and integrate into the village community," he said.
Marcel has gained a lot of experience in the IT industry, first working at Oracle, where he worked with a team to implement large IT infrastructure projects for customers like Lufthansa or Fraport AG. For the past 6 years he has worked for a much smaller IT company called FACTON, with worldwide leading product cost planning software solutions. "I was happy to build new partnerships worldwide," he said."I could immerse myself in new cultures around the world, specifically the Asian and Indian cultures I found particularly very exciting."
His main focus at FACTON was the annual acquisition of three to four new customers and the complex project implementation that went along with it. Most projects had an average project volume between 250,000 and 500,000 and needed three to six months for successful implementation.
